Gi Joe the movie? I remember being 12 years old watching that and being amazed at how horrible it was. Before that I was a huge fan of the GI Joe toys, cartoons and comics. I've seen two of the new movies and the problem with them is the same problem that a bunch of the marvel-based movie's of the early 2000's had (Hulk, The fantastic 4 etc…etc…) They seemed almost ashamed of their roots and strayed from the original backstories, costumes…etc…etc to appeal to a larger audience. Marvel turned it around when Marvel productions embraced the characters roots with no shame. Sadly franchises like Gi Joe and Transformers (imo) didn't do that. (Though Transformers made a boat load of money regardless. They are extremely difficult movies to rewatch)

In one of these movies, there was a villain with bad looking exploding CGI attack bees or something. I said: "I don't remember anyone with attack bees from the cartoon. They got this mixed up with Sectaurs."
