Your concerns are spurious. Do you not eat or drink out of plastic? Do you filter all of your water via an entirely plastic-free RO system?

Standard cotton is also cheap material and standard big farming practices of cotton may be no better from climate concern perspective than polyester.

Buyer beware... These are shotty quality. I purchased last go around... They began pilling immediately. Too much to control.

I bought these about 2 weeks ago with a clothing purchase of $70 off $200 and love them. I bought one in black and one in gray. I wanted more but wanted a discount, lol. Thanks, OP. I got another black and gray. I use these for the gym. Front pockets are really deep and useful in case you have something in your pocket when using a gym machine. The item won't get in the way.

Spyder should fit decently though because its typically catered to regular size not big sizes.
I prefer cotton vs polyester though sadly this is polyester...
