Cheap price, small case, good range of sizes. To me this is the "throw one in the trunk of each car and never use it" set.

Not impressed with Hart's ratchets. I had one fall apart on me the second time I used it. And then I had to pay the shipping to get it replaced. It took about 3 weeks until the replacement showed up. You cant replace these at Walmart.

I found years ago you get what you pay for with sockets sets but for a light duty set for simple around the house use its a great deal although I'm not sure would trust working on any vehicles with it.

Disappointing to hear - I've collected an assortment of Hart stuff from various slickdeals and have found them to be of uniformly decent quality (nothing "crazy good" but no stinkers either). Thx for posting your experience m8.

I have a bunch of Hart items, and the ratchet is the only thing that has failed on me by no fault by me and so quickly. And their customer service experience wasnt pleasant either. 10 - 15 minute wait time and if you give them an answer that's not one of the answers on their computer screen, your call is going to be longer. It took about 8 minutes to convince her there is no serial number printed on the handle. And then I was told I need to get my receipt to get information off of. It was an online order so I brought up the order on walmart's site, but by the time the call was finally over, she never did ask me anything from it. They finally gave me a shipping address, I sent it by the cheapest option they gave me (mail), and about 3 weeks later, a new one was sitting on my porch. I miss Sears.

Just buy a new set from Walmart and return it with the defective ratchet.

I don't think they thought people would actually use the warranty..lol

If my hart tools break, it's going in the trash.

I have it.

You need PLYERS to remove any of the pieces from the box. They're wedged so hard you have grab them hard and yank them out like teeth.

If you don't have plyers, you'll never be able to remove any of them.

It is possible that you can store them upside down and then use the ratchet to "unscrew" them out the box?
