You can extend a 365 sub up to 5 years. So you can stack, as long as you don't go beyond 5 years

I think most people, myself included, get this because it includes 1 TB of cloud storage.

There's probably also another group that get it for work compatibility reasons.

If someone doesn't fall into one of those two categories, then yes, free versions make sense.

Get a clue what you get for $20 and then come back and tell us how we can get all that's included for free. Keep in mind most people don't live under a rock and have to be able to share files with work and the rest of the world and need 100% compatibility with these apps.

The glitch (well, technically didn't used to be a glitch since their terms specifically allowed it) is that you buy several years of personal, then do a 1 month conversion to family for $10, and you get the entire time converted to family, not just 3/4 of it. Looks to still be working on my account.

Thanks. My family goes through Nov 2027 at the moment, so I guess I cant take advantage of that unless I wait 3 years. However, if a Personal deal comes up combined with VPN I will likely jump on that which will extend it more.

1000% do not recommend buying from this merchant.

They delivered a single key instead of 4 and it took over 24 hours for them to even deliver the single digital key.

Now I get to fight with support to have them delivery the other 3 keys, or I get to file on the merchant with paypal for them not delivering what was ordered.

Save yourself a headache and look elsewhere for keys for M365.

Do not purchase from this seller! I just tried to redeem my codes that I purchased 9/4/25 and was given the error that they have already been redeemed. This is fraud, and UntilGone refuses to rectify the problem. I believe their storage of these license codes has been hacked and compromised.
