Not available with CA address but available with NY address. They send it via email. Is it risky if I use a random NY address to get it?

It should be fine. Where you may run into an issue is security from the credit card company or internal BJ's security ( I tried to purchase something on my mother in laws Costco account and even though we pay the membership with our credit card, there was something being flagged where it wouldn't go through. Costco said it was the CC and the CC said it was Costco )

Thanks to your comment. Finally I tried and succeeded with NY shipping address and CA billing address. Hope this helps others.

I used my in laws address in NJ and keeps getting canceled. I'm in IL and that's the billing address but the shipping address is NJ. Any advice?
