Got a poster for my daughter who made an AI image with a simple web generator. See below. I was able to upscale it quite well with Stable Diffusion so it should look pretty good once it's printed.

I've got these several times in the past few years and they always come out nice. Only choice is satin finish though, I'd prefer glossy same as the 8x10s.

Ordered mine yesterday then they said it was canceled when I went to pick it up today. I didn't cancel it, so you might want to call and check ahead instead of waiting for them to reprint it.

Does anyone know... are these 11x14 minus a 1/4" border? The project space shows a dotted line and says that areas outside the dotted line won't print. So I'm not sure if my photo needs to be 11x14 or 10.75" x 13.75". I don't want the edges to be truncated.

I usually create a 11 x 14 canvas, then import a grid that leaves 1/4 space around edges, the resize photo to the grid. Save as transparent background PNG. When you upload it will align inside the grid, may need to rotate orientation. Will print out with borders
