I have similar kits in all my cars, and it saved my life one time when I got a puncture while driving, I fixed my tire myself and the pressure never dropped afterwards.
Also I have use these cheap plastic handled kits and you have to be very careful not to snap them. My suggestion is spend the extra 5-10$ and get a better kit with metal handles.
When your on the side of the road using a metal kit you will thank me and not worry about the "wasted" 10$ that you saved with this kit.

That being said, I bought the kit with all metal components, as it sometimes requires a lot of force with the reamer.
I get that it's double the price, but I keep this one in my truck.

I wonder if that's a translation error - could it actually be rubber cement instead of lubrication?
I have a tire repair kit from Harbor Freight that includes everything and looks very similar (but it's sealed in a plastic blister pack, without the fancy carrying case), with the difference being the rubber cement is labeled rubber cement instead of lubricating grease.
Can anyone clarify - what kind of grease is in the tube from these two kits?
