I know from personal experience that the cheese powder gets cakey/brick-like and the noodles eventually look off like possibly mold growing on them. They are only sealed in cardboard.

Yeah, I just hate shrinkflation, it would be fine if they made a larger box at the same time, but when they shrink and shrink it just annoys me 🤷 ♂️

Hmmm, well I'm in a very dry climate with virtually no humidity, I ate some cereal last week that was opened and expired Jan 2023 and it was fine. No mold. lol. I will take my chances here.

For reference, Aldi brand mac and cheese is approx $0.57 regular price. It is not as good as Kraft, but is better than Great Value.. the Aldi price for many items fluctuates at times.. this item was approx $0.55 during the plandemic.. and has fluctuated from as low $0.25 to $0.35 until a year ago..
