*Unlimited with 5G, after 50GB of data use, AT&T may temporarily slow data speeds if the network is busy.
*25GB Hotspot data
*25GB in Mexico & Canada

I understand you can get cheaper from MVNOs with less hotspot data or deprioritzed data.
But this plan includes 50GB priority data directly from AT&T is similiar to T-Mobile or Verizon Prepaid which are around $55-$60.

4 lines unlimited max is $180 (1st line 55, 2nd 45, 3rd and 4th 35)
5 lines unlimited max is $215 (1st line 55, 2nd 45, 3rd-5th 35)
so the only savings is at 2 lines

And I know it was worse for people even older than me, I talked to a man in his 60s a while back who had a car phone. He told me that he traveled from Alabama to Ohio once a month and would call his wife to let her know he made it to the hotel, and another call to let her know he was headed back home. Two phone calls a month. $300+ dollars/mo.
But, even when I started in the wireless industry in 2010, average plan was
450 anytime minutes (if you make or receive a call between 5am-9pm Monday through Friday, the minutes start counting down)
200 texts (total, meaning send a text, counts as 1. Received an unwanted text, still counts as 1)
2GB data (3G speed, doesnt slow down if you go over the 2GB, you're just done until next bill cycle.)
And a free* last generation iPhone, or you could get the current generation for a one time payment of $199. This also added a two year contract to your plan and included a $450 early termination fee.
$89.99/mo. One line.
I'm not in that business anymore, but when I hear people complaining about a $45/mo prepaid plan that has unlimited everything- and wondering why it costs $45 instead of $15? I can't help but laugh.
