I noted the following difference between (Like New) and (Good):
Restored: Good
Good condition with slight signs of wear/use, including small scuffs, marks, or scratches. Must be professionally inspected, tested, cleaned and, if necessary, refurbished to the condition standard. Comes with a 90-day free return policy.
How it will look:
The item has slight signs of wear/use, including small scuffs, marks, or scratches barely visible when holding the product 12 inches away, and imperceptible to touch.
Restored: Like New
Like-new condition with minor to no imperfections. Must be professionally inspected, tested, cleaned and, if necessary, refurbished to the condition standard. Comes with a 90-day free return policy.
How it will look:
Item appears new but may have slight signs of use, including very light micro-scratches invisible at a distance of 8-12 inches (arm's length).
If item has a screen, it will have no scratches on the screen.
Everything else was the same.
We regret to inform you that the Restore F35 (like New) you purchased is currently out of stock. We propose to send you the Restore F35 (Good) as a substitute. To compensate for this change, we will provide a $60 refund.
Refuse? There's no way to refuse shipments now. They drop off and run. I sometimes don't even know they came
I'd love to keep $120 of my money since I'll add my own scuffs and scratches, but I don't want a worn out battery or other hidden functional issues.

All of my negotiations with them took place over email, which seems like the norm, based on Reddit folks' reports. They will "match" prices from other sellers if you send them, say, a screenshot from elsewhere. You can also just ask how far they're willing to come down or offer them a price and wait for them to counteroffer.
They have a chat function on their site where you can ask how to make an offer, among other things. You'll get an email follow-up from any chats and can use the address/thread to talk pricing. Hope this helps!

Edit: I ended up ordering it, if it's in new condition, it's a way better scooter than F35 for only $60 more.
