They actually did pretty well with the cheaper gloves and I wasn't sure what the advantages of the more expensive gloves are. One thing that did bother me was that the $25 glove was really stiff even after a couple of years of playing with it. We wanted to get them bigger gloves either way so got them A500s.
My older kid in particular became a real snot about his old glove when we tried to loan his older glove to other people, saying how much it sucked and was uncomfortable. And we had to remind him how he used to play well with it. But apparently the A500 felt a lot more comfortable to him.
Based on their feedback, I usually recommend people to shop for first gloves that retail in the $50 range(like the A500 and I assume that the other gloves that retail in that price range are similar). Then move up from there if they keep playing.
With that being said, I'm not quite sure what the difference between the A500 and A450 is. I assume they're similar based on the numbers being close. I think the gloves ending with a 50 are store exclusive models.
But I think the A360 retails for around $30ish. So think this is a great deal. Might be kind of big for little ones though.

I'd have to check but I think my son's mitt is an 11.5 and he is playing u13 this year. Unsure if this would be a big difference to him but also don't know what position he will be playing next season. Last season he started to getting into a catching more and luckily found some gear on marketplace to use for that specifically.
Odd description on the mitt from this post unless it is just wrong. It says it is a good fit for ages 7 and under.

Both of these are great deals if it's the size glove you're looking for.
