Honestly, from the photos it looked like maybe too small a set for my all-purpose household needs, but this seems like a pretty good range. I don't work on cars. It would be nice if the bit driver was a ratcher driver, and it would be nice to have hex bits instead of just keys, but that might be asking too much for a small set like this? Now I'm thinking about it...
If you're not doing rocket surgery I have found that a torxs bit can often be used on a hex bolt. If you do have to really tighten it, I have found that the torxs bit will strip before the hex head is damaged. Just my .02.
