But keep in mind this is only 12lb of actual seed . Probably not the best variety's . Contains other crop seed and other weed seeds and only 85% germination rate ( under perfect conditions ) so about 10lbs of a lesser quality tttf for $26

It will typically still work fine, but separate seed and fertilizer goes a lot further. If you've had trouble regrowing grass in the past, you may want to have a soil test done to see what type of fertilizer mix would be best for you.
