I always say save your money and buy these on Marketplace or Craigslist. I scored an Alesis set from a college kid in Buffalo for $150. He did not want to lug it back to California from NY. He even gave me an electric guitar.

Just get a cheap brain with all the midi inputs and use the old laptop in your closet with $300 software to process the sounds

Guessing you need to set a lower thumbs up threshold to get deal alert. It's definitely a trade off for notification timing and nuisance alerts for lame deals, but for niche products like this it's not too cluttered.
