This is completely nonsense. These are regulated by the government and guaranteed. iPhone users are more than 50% of the Type 1 Diabetic population these are designed for. Also, $7 each is a laughably low price. If you bought them for $7, you didn't buy a Dexcom G7 my friend. Also, why aren't you reselling them? They are going for ~90$ per sensor on the internet. That's like buying a can of Coke for a few pennies, a laughably low price. I think this is either a bot or a spammer.

Source: I have used this product for 9 months and I have been a Type 1 Diabetic for 31 years.

Edit, updated wrong price.
Funny $180 a month PLUS a online dr visit went front page but half off and no Dr consult it a bad deal 🤷 ♂️ https://slickdeals.net/share/ipad_app/fp/885493
You are talking about after deducting from your medical insurance, without insurance, there is no way you can get if for $7.

when you get back home , it will sync the data to your phone .
So it will collect the data and transfer it to the app once it reconnects? If that's the case I'm good to go.

Have had mine for a week and it has been great, tracks within 5% of a finger prick after 48hrs. I would rec. getting an overlay I picked up some cheap lexcam ones off Amazon and they're working well.

One tip for iOS users, link it to the health app the Stelio app doesn't give historical data (it does but just in a trend chart) but Apple health records all of it.

Perhaps a silly question but why would (most) 'non diabetics' need or want blood glucose data recorded so regularly to warrant something like this? Just curious of the use case outside of prescribed usage. No judgement of course.

This is a good question. I did a quick google search and this article seemed to sum it up pretty well: link [theguardian.com]

Why do they both say, for non-insulin users. How does it matter?

You cannot link them to insulin pump, and they have a slower update than dexcom g7. g7 updates every minute, these every 5 IIRC
