follow-up for anyone who doesn't know, 91% is not as good as 70% for medical reasons.
"70% is better for disinfecting because it has more water, which helps it penetrate cells and kill bacteria. water also slows it from evaporating and increases the time the disinfectant stays on the surface."

Dilute 7 parts 91% to 3 parts water to get your standard 70% isopropyl concentration

Awesome price. I keep a jar of cotton balls soaking in this stuff for fire starters, so this will last me about a year.

Try Vaseline with cotton balls, stored in a ziplock. I much prefer it to rubbing alcohol.
