this has always been the rule.
This is an old school slickdeal. Too cheap to be true. Could cancel or not cancel. You have the suspense and drama on whether or not it will ship. You hope no one calls the store and ruins the deal for everyone.

11:00am tried to order again and no longer available for delivery.

To clarify people confusing it
The item they want to sell you for $200 is 1601857 - 256gb iPad
The other item is $79.99 item 1601850 - 64gb iPad IF your stores customers / employees / instacart didn't sell it out, it's still that price till closing at all costcos coast to coast. It's not a mistake
