you should never call period. this is how you guarantee an employee either lies to you (claiming it themselves) and/or calling unneeded attention.

This is an old school slickdeal. Too cheap to be true. Could cancel or not cancel. You have the suspense and drama on whether or not it will ship. You hope no one calls the store and ruins the deal for everyone.

So instacart cancelled the order lol, I still tipped the driver $10 for his trouble…was worth the try

My poor instacart shopper. They ran out of the iPad but they would not allow her to cancel my order and it wouldn't allow me either to do it in app. I had to call CS and wait for like 30 mins, the shopper could not do anything she was just waiting in Costco until I got through to CS and canceled over the phone. I don't know why but she said it was happening a lot of these orders were getting canceled. And in the end the poor girl didn't even get to keep my tip, because they canceled the whole order. I hope she still gets paid something because she wasted a LOT of time just waiting…

I tried to tip but they canceled my order and said there was no way to tip the driver.

shopped just called me and asked to to cancel since he could only refund and could not cancel...but i dont see any option to cancel from my side...now he is going to work with his support to cancel the order even though the status of the order is refunded
