This is an old school slickdeal. Too cheap to be true. Could cancel or not cancel. You have the suspense and drama on whether or not it will ship. You hope no one calls the store and ruins the deal for everyone.

My shopper says the item is OOS. He wants me to cancel the order. I cant cancel it once he starts working on it. He wants me to contact support. WTF? Why has this become my problem??

I have the costco receipt from the instacart driver, shows 1601850 @ 319.99 and then 0000335969 as a $120 credit. So It may be location dependent. The online price also reflects this as the pricing. My instagram receipt shows them at $87.45 each though so not too worried.
