you should never call period. this is how you guarantee an employee either lies to you (claiming it themselves) and/or calling unneeded attention.

This is an old school slickdeal. Too cheap to be true. Could cancel or not cancel. You have the suspense and drama on whether or not it will ship. You hope no one calls the store and ruins the deal for everyone.

My order was cancelled. Unfortunately now I have an InstaCart account that I didn't want and that I'm never going to touch again. At least I didn't sign up for their + trial.

Out of stock and I don't see any way to cancel. The shopper is messaging me saying they have no way to cancel on their end and keeps texting me call Instacart and I'm just on hold for 20 minutes! Any suggestions? I don't see an option in the app or website

Same thing happened to me. I didn't know what to do and my shopper didn't msg me further about it so I just left it at that. About 50 minutes later I got a text from Costco Same Day saying that my order had been cancelled.
