No problems so far, except for BigNox (Nox Player) when running 5 Android instances. But that is an issue I always had with the 6th and the 11th Gens and the YSR0.sys driver.
MoBo is ASRock Z690 PG Velocita, with an older BIOS (Version 20.07 [Beta] -latest one is 20.08).
It kind of make me think this issue could be a bit more than overrated for normal domestic users like myself, not exploring extreme worst case scenarios. Of course, YMMV.

There is a microcode fix for the issue that you can download from your motherboard manufacturer but not sure if its been validated to fix the issue.
