1. The last time I accessed my FAFSA was in JANUARY
2. I filed my FAFSA on Jan 3. Online it says Jan 1.
3. Nothing has changed online. The only difference is that my EFC went from 1490 to 2500. That's a pretty big jump that could have a huge ass impact on next year (only $500 or so a semester, but still).
4. Everything else is correct. They have the info and everything right, and no one knows my FAFSA PIN.
This is really creepy. I mean, if I get a notice in a few days saying that my FSU financial aid has changed (in a way that doesn't benefit me) I might be stuck in Financial Aid hell for days. The LAST thing I need right now is for something that pops up that impacts whether I can afford staying in college next year.
The National Weather Service in Amarillo has confirmed two tornadoes touched down the Tuesday evening in the Texas Panhandle.

Officials said the first tornado touched down at 7:04 p.m. Tuesday about three miles west of Bushland, just south of Interstate 40. The tornado, which was about 50 yards wide, was on the ground for about a mile before it dissipated. The twister remained over open country, and no damage was reported.
A second tornado touched down less than an hour later about three miles northeast of Umbarger. That twister, which was on the ground for about two minutes, also hit open country, and no damage was reported. It was on the ground for a mile or less.
Several homes near the tornado received minor damage from wind-blown hail caused by straight-line winds, the NWS reported. North-facing siding was damaged, and windows were blown out of several residences.
No injuries were reported as a result of Tuesday night's storms.
