From my recollection, most games are between 7 and 13 chips per play. Half price on Wednesdays. The chips expire, but not usually before I manage to amass 100-200 chips and then I take the kids to the arcade for about an hour. In the past when they do this promo, I get 25 chips for guessing wrong, 50 for guessing right.

This past Monday the system was down, so I submitted a help ticket in the app. Not even ten minutes later, D&B guest services put a 50 chip voucher in my account.

Thanks for the helpful tip. I never received an email, and the message icon doesn't have a badge number to indicate any unread messages for me (iPhone), but when I clicked the message icon the 50 point win message popped up and I was able to successfully apply it to my card!

I can confirm they give 25 points for guessing wrong, so it's still a win in my book!

It says you have to redeem the offer within 30 days of issuance. How many days do you have to use the credits after you redeem it? Or is it you have 30 days to redeem and use?
