Just as an FYI, the no-ads plan with Showtime is $59.99 with the 50% discount. For those of us who just can't stomach ads.

BTW, for existing customers on the ad plan, you can upgrade to the plus plan with showtime for the $59 annual. I just did it, as I am tired of watching ads, and I wanted showtime anyway.
How did you do that? When I go to upgrade it shows that plan for 119 annually

What live soccer is available on the Essentials plan? Are UEFA champions league, Europa league, Serie A, EFL all available on this plan or do they require the with Showtime plan? Their page for plan differences is not good.
Yes all of those are available w/o the Showtime addition. They included a few domestic cups like Carabao Cup, AFC and Scottish if you are into that too!

Had paramount for over 5 years. Started it just to watch Die Hard on Christmas. You know, it's not Christmas until Frank Gruber flies off the roof. Recently started watching "The life of Pi". Watched half of it, left the rest for the next day. And it was gone. Had to go to support who told me after holding me up for 20 min, that it was cancelled.
I cancelled it, I have no need for low quality library with limited content that I never use.

VPN service and TOD subscription get you pretty match every Soccer game in the world apart from Seria A...however not every game is avaliable with english commentary if you care about language!

Happens every year. For some reason mine includes the Showtime but it doesn't appear on play list.

Disney has everything from Fox, plus all Disney movies new and old, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, FX, Nat Geo... and you think they suck?
I subbed some months ago. It was boring, never watched it and just let the subscription end. Netflix and Paramount are the only ones with new content that you actually want to watch. Max and Disney are only really good if you want to binge watch something older, sad to say.

Not sure why people are taking my post personally like it affected them, that's sad.

really? I tried watching Star Trek Next Generation and the amount of advertisement breaks in a single episode made me just go buy the whole series to avoid it.
I have NEVER had that happen, LOL. I'm pretty sure I had the ad version too...

6-8 ads in an hour long episode, never? It was maddening.

I scanned through all the comments and did not see anyone mention this...I have Spectrum Standard TV (specifically Mi Plan Latino) and Standard Internet (300mb) in Florida and about 2 wks ago I received an email from Spectrum that Paramount+ Essentials was now included in my Spectrum package for free. The email included an activation link which basically had me log in to my Spectrum account and from there was sent to Paramount+ to create an account. I've been watching P+ for the last 2 wks without paying a cent. Odd thing is that on my PC I get no ads but on my tablet I do see ads...no idea why...Just mentioning it in case you have Spectrum and for some reason missed the email or maybe circumstances apply to you.

More info: Got this off Spectrum website. If you have TV Select Signiture or TV Select Plus then those plans include Disney+ Basic, VIX Premium with Ads and Paramount+ Essentials. And the TV Select Plus also includes ESPN+.

P+ has all of the mentioned cups, not sure about EFL though, and the current UEFA nations league is not there either.

Just signed up with my Capital One card. Had a statement credit of $16.76, activated an offer they had for $13 rebate for an annual sign up, so basically it paid for itself.

I have been watching Bull and I only get ads before the show starts up to 90 seconds worth. I am guessing they are attempting to target passive watching with more ads on older shows or more popular shows with more ads.

You would only get the $13 credit once if you do the annual. If you instead do monthly for 3 months, you would get it for free basically.
Has anyone tried to just do the $30 plan first and get the $13 credit, and then a few days later upgrade to ad free for another $30 to get another $13?
