I've never used kettle bell but want to incorporate some basic lifting exercises at home. I've only used dumb bells and resistance bands. Walmart sells a combo pack of 5,10, 15 lb kettle bells or as a guy should I go heavier for beginner ?

Give those a try before buying. I won't be surprised if you choose to start at 20lb or 25lb instead
