Thousands of negative reviews speak for themselves. I've personally ordered from them three times, and two of those times I had problems. Their return policy is the worst, even when they send defective items. There are so many negative things to say about Wayfair. Plus, you can often find their items online for a cheaper price. Don't buy there!

Ok, sure. But ship enough IKEA'esque Chinese/Vietnamese furniture and you're bound to get a decent bit of bad reviews. Since we're throwing anecdotal evidence out here, I've ordered furniture from them at least 15 times and had problems twice. In both cases they shipped me new items, few questions asked. They didn't want the original back. Both cases were for furniture over $150.

Wait, what? Kelly Clarkson told me that Wayfair got just what I need!?!? Are you telling me that America's favorite pudgy American Idol winner and arguably THE greatest talk show host of all time was just saying that so Wayfair could put her lil' squishy self in its commercials so unknowing K. Bought a loveseat sofa from WayFair, when received it didn't like quality so I wanted to return it. WayFair charged me $80 for return shipping. Never buying again from them.

That seems pretty reasonable for returning a couch because you didn't like what you bought.
