While it's mostly similar to QN85D as in both being Neo QLED with Mini LED backlight. There are a few subtle differences that make QN85D better, albeit when you factor in the price the differences are minimal. But the TV's are not the same, QNX1D is a lower model:

Not sure what the difference is between the QN85QNX1DAFXZA (listed) and the QN85QN85DBFXZA (reviewed on RTINGS). The QN85D rings up at $412 more and no wall mount and installation.
