I'm a gig worker and need unlimited 5G data, forgive my ignorance, but to dumb it down for me… I buy the phone outright for $1,000 and then get free service for a year, then it's $65 a month for unlimited with a free upgrade every year and no trade in required? Do I have that right? Sounds too good to be true… I must be missing something

I have google fi for 25/line and is it worth to get this?
What if I cancel after 1year with boost and move back to fi? Is it possible without any issue?
Is the iphone will be unlocked after 1 year?

why is IP15 Pro $1099 and not $999 ?

so basically, pay $65/MONTH for 12 months and you get $1000 off.

$65x12 = $780 + $100 for overpriced IP. $880 for 1 year of service and IP15Pro. (OP said IP16?)

How do I get the latest iPhone or Galaxy every year?

Here's the deal: make 12 straight monthly payments, and you can swap your current phone for the latest model. When you're ready, hit up the Boost Mobile app to request your new device. We'll ship it right to your door, complete with a box and shipping label for your trade-in. We'll check your old phone for any damage once we get it.
No pressure to upgrade after 12 months. If you're still loving your phone, keep it. It'll be all yours after 36 monthly payments.

Looks like you have a recurring 36 months contract.

Eventually same drama of trade in… but that's how all of them work.

Dollars to donuts says that DIsh (who owns Boost) will go Chapter 11 within the next 6-12 months. Boost itself is a cluster, and has been since Dish took them over. No way I'd be buying anything from them that requires any level of commitment. Even more so if the phone is locked.

I can confirm. My wife has Boost, and we've had so many problems with setting up her phone to send MMS and finding the right APN. Once her plan expires next year, I'm porting her number out to InfiMobile.
