Sam's has same online rates as in store. I hate Costco that they jack up prices online.

Using the app is what makes Sams Club worthwhile, you just scan your items and walk out. It doesn't really matter how many people are in the store as long as I don't have to wait in line. I wish Walmart would allow that with their plus membership, but you still have to go to a checkout when you use theirs, which defeats the purpose.

Just FYI comment, not to say anything negative about OP's post. I have the plus membership to grab quick things before work so it is very convenient with their early store hours.

Local Sam's club have not had replacement cards (both kinds) for over a month now. Customer service don't know when new replacement cards will "arrive" and cannot mail a new card.

Taking a guess: Sam's club wants members to use the app to enter the store.

2% cash back is good but only if you shop there a lot. Plus members can also enter earlier.
Overall, once costco came into my area, I dropped sams plus, not worth it any longer

I like the convinient of going at 8am when 95% of people cant cause you need a plus membership, pretty much empty. Plus 2% cashback, membership pays for itself by the end of the year.

I buy all my meat in samclub, usually find that their prices are always better instore than online (on mostly everything). Cause they always have discount that doesnt reflect on website.

Last week they had the 35 pack of crest 3d whitestrip advance for $25 while in the website was stills showing $49.99

I prefer Sam's Club because more variety and small quantities. Location really matters since they tend to be closer to rough neighborhoods than Costcos. Luckily tge one I go to is just as orderly and clean as Costco but seen plenty shit hole ones.

I'm excited about free home delivery for plus members for $50+ orders. I never have to step foot in their parking lot (even for curbside pickup orders) for weekly basics like milk, yogurt, bread, cheese, fruits, veggies, etc. Ofcourse it is awful I can't order a $6 almond butter with free shipping when I'm running low, or snag a cheap clearance item with free shipping. But the convenience of free grocery deliveries at the same price as in-club....now take that Costco!

I signed up last month, they revoked my membership without explanation. I was Sam's club member 2 years ago.

I visited the store to fix the problem, but they couldn't fix it and told me to call customer service.

Does anyone know if it's your address they look at to determine if you have a recent account? Mine just expired and I can't justify the full price right now so I was going to use my husband's email and name for this deal but it says I can't. Guess they're going to have to wait 6 months for my money otherwise. We really like going there and take advantage of the savings on items we regularly get though.

I usually go during the Plus hours on Saturday morning. I can't remember the last time the door greeter was checking cards. I haven't shown mine in the last couple of years at least.
