(I never order over $50)

Sam's has same online rates as in store. I hate Costco that they jack up prices online.

Using the app is what makes Sams Club worthwhile, you just scan your items and walk out. It doesn't really matter how many people are in the store as long as I don't have to wait in line. I wish Walmart would allow that with their plus membership, but you still have to go to a checkout when you use theirs, which defeats the purpose.

Using the app is what makes Sams Club worthwhile, you just scan your items and walk out. It doesn't really matter how many people are in the store as long as I don't have to wait in line. Sam's is about 15 minutes closer to us, but I'd probably choose it over Costco for Scan & Go alone. Any time I've ever been in Costco, I can bank on waiting in line for 15-20 minutes. Just not worth it for me, personally.

No they don't. At least not anymore. Their fine print also says that prices for pickup or delivery may be different (read higher) than in store. They have had higher prices for shipping on many items in the past and my guess is they are extending this practice to pickup and deliver now that they offer those services for free. I agree it's annoying with Costco to not see on their website what the oil store price would be, but Sam's isn't much better in that regard anymore.

This is why I'm not renewing my Plus membership. If I need to go to a store, I'd prefer Costco, which is much closer, rather than Sam's Club, which is quite far away.

My membership expired 2 weeks ago and I was able to get this one. I deleted all my old credit cards from my old membership and then signed up with this new one using the same address but a different email and phone number. I also used a different credit card. It went through fine.
