BH Photo and Video has the 980 Pro with Heatsink for $150. Yes not the greatest price compared to last year, but I need a PS5 card now. This is still one of the better options. If you have BH Payboo card, you save tax which is another $15 for me. Shipping is free.

In case you wondering if you can remove the heat sink, yes you can. I removed it to fit in Sabrent ssd enclosure. I am using it as external drive for the Mac Studio.

Good for time capsule backup? What enclosure did you get?

My secondary SSD is getting a bit twitchy. I'm thinking about replacing it.
This Samsung or the WD_BLACK 2TB SN850X? Both are the same price.
Any thoughts?

Not to sound grumpy—but is anyone else frustrated that these SSD prices are still so high? You'd think 2TB would be a lot cheaper nowadays.

Well in all fairness, they did give us a heads up they were going to price fix it a few months before it happened lol.

But yea, it sucks ssds price have gone stagnant... I guess just hold some more till they start hurting in their wallets lol
