Anyone know if you can convert the 365 time to 365 business basic? I know you can convert between family and person but I want a custom domain which is only business now.

I'm not 100% sure, but I found this on Microsoft Support which seems like its possible Switch to a Microsoft 365 for business subscription - Microsoft Support [microsoft.com]

I have redeemed codes from Newegg to extend my NordVPN sub before, you do so at https://my.nordaccount.com/activate/ [nordaccount.com]. I bit on this deal, I'll update how it went when they send codes

Purchased the ESET bundle yesterday. They added $3 in "taxes and electronic waste recycling fees."
Received the ESET key in about 2 hours.
Received the Microsoft 365 key in about 21 hours (almost a full day).
I was able to extend my Microsoft 365 Family subscription by 9 months. I had to turn on auto-renew in the settings before Microsoft 365 would give me the option of extending my family membership. I read in another thread that the person had to deactivate auto-renewal before it worked. So try both if it isn't working for you.

At some point I turned off recurring billing for M365, and I'm hitting a wall trying to find how to turn it back on. Where did you do it?

Well here's a word of warning for those looking to get the pro-rated stack of a Personal code on a Family sub. The pro-rated option was not offered at redemption, Microsoft support varyingly says it can't be done at all, or might be an option if our sub was only ever purchased from Microsoft. I've redeemed prepaid retail 1-year keys over time, so that killed that, apparently.

@bpm3k found they had to turn on recurring billing--aka auto-renewal--to get the pro-rated redemption. Because I have redeemed prepaid yearly keys before, auto-renewal can never be turned back on. So apparently we are hosed on the Microsoft key.

I can't return it, if someone wants the 15-month M365 Personal key for 1/2 the cost of the Nord bundle, shoot me a message.

MS Support is idiotic wrt to this conversation ... i also talked to them and they had no clue. I figured it out myself with hep form few others...

This is the way to do it:

Go to your your MS Account, under subscriptions you will see : Turn on Recurring Billing?
Click on View Subscriptions
Click on Manage
Click on Redeem Code
Put in the code, it wil recognize it but not give you the pro-rated option
Click Redeem button
You will get a couple of prompts to activate recurring billing / auto renew / adding a payment method etc. ignore them
Now at the final stage you will see the whole message about 9 months prorated displayed
Click and your extension will be processed for 9 months.

I have heard that 15 Month also is 9 months and 12 month is also 9 months.

I did this 2-3 months back, added ~3 years to my subscription.

If you still don't want your O365, let me know, I will take it.

Hope this helps...

Thanks for trying. I never see any link to turn recurring billing on. I've been through every page available for Microsoft account management, it does not exist for me. When I attempt to redeem the code it confirms it's an M365 Personal code and presents the Redeem button. Clicking Redeem takes me to a "Hang on to your product code…" page that says I've chosen to switch to M365 Personal, I can wait until my current [Family] sub expires or contact support to end it immediately. There is a link to return to account management, and a Back button that returns to the Redeem page. There's no way to reach what you describe after clicking Redeem. At this point I'm ready to cut my loses, shoot me a message if you are still interested in the code. Thanks

i will DM you my MS account main page screenshot, and see if it helps. Have you added a default billing method to your account?

If not, let me know how to pay you the $17.5
