For daily wear this will get small scratches as your wrist bangs on doorjambs, hits keys in your pockets, etc...
I am a careful person and it still happens. I agree with the poster that it matters significantly. I always cringe when my wrist hits something while wearing a watch.

Nice deal but for a bit more you can get the Promaster Dive Fugu model with a sapphire crystal.

Wearing this right now from a deal a few months ago at ~$170. I'm happy relative to the cost. I don't have a collection. I was just looking for a nice looking automatic for daily wear. So far, so good.

I have a similar Promaster - it's a great looking watch but the scratches it's accumulated do bother me. Some of the dings are pretty noticeable. But hey, price expectations and all that. My other Citizen with sapphire is still flawless from the same amount of wear and tear, but cost a bit more.

I have one of these. Great watch for the money. Only nits I have are bezel is a bit loose and strap is uncomfortable. I've worn it all summer and it's been awesome.
