They are spiteful and don't want to pay the company that owns the patent so they turned off the feature. Remember if it doesn't make money for them, they don't want it.

I wish I could get something decent for an Apple Watch 4...... The battery drains so fast and I am not sure if the Apple Store would replace the battery or upgrade the watch if I purchase a battery replacement.

genuine question - is it even worth the $100 fee to go from 9 to 10? Assuming you have a series 9 brand new is there still a reason to do it? I didn't think they changed much but i haven't kept up with the 10 release

That feature which I have in my earlier models isn't that useful. People make a big deal about it merely because it was there and being taken away for now. If it never existed , nobody would know or care.

does not matter, they are liberal as long as it series 9 41mm model. I did it today in store got 330 giftcard. Traded only the watch, no band or charger

Got the 45mm Series 9 in July for like $280~ on Amazon after a bunch of discounts I had. Small money maker / upgrade here into the Series 10 almost seems like a no brainer. Is there any mention of when this ends/expires?

It is shocking trade in for watch 9, 45 mm GPS is $300, but for unlocked gps + cellular 45, 9 is $180 😱
