I've bought a Klipsch Reference Premiere RP-504C II from them. ($329, with free shipping was an amazing deal.)

They shipped the speaker double boxed and it arrived in perfect condition. Their rep named Mike was very professional. 5 star experience with them.

You might want to recheck that address again. They aren't located in Idaho, but in Nevada.

This is the normal price. It has been at this price multiple times. No one pays retail on Klipsch.....

So disappointed they didn't include this in this year's Black Friday deals. Annoying because they show a picture of it in the Black Friday announcement but it's not one of the deals. Oh well!
