Ordered one. Love maple boards, and this (IMHO) is a nice color combination. Also available in purple.

Despite what a lot of commenters have said on past Jackson deals, I have found the Jackson-licensed Floyd Rose to be dead stable in tuning. It was very reliable in standard tuning, and then I put on some Mammoth Slinky strings in C standard tuning with higher strength springs, and it is ridiculously reliable. I play hard and have broken strings whammy-ing before, and the thing just works. Since I put the Mammoth Slinky strings on months ago, I haven't once needed to crack open the locking nut, and I've barely had to touch the fine tuners.

I am jealous of the HSS pickups over the HH on my JS32, but since the JS32 was $199, I think it is still arguably a better value per dollar. I bought a $100 Sustainiac clone from some dude in Indonesia and put it in the neck position.

I like the look of the guitar but how is a guitar with no name pickups, bolt on, licensed hardware, etc. $650? It seems like 350 should be the standard price considering many guitars have name brand for that price. My neckthru Jackson with Floyd rose and emgs was 800.

The X series are overpriced, have been for awhile now. I paid 500 new-old stock for my pro with EMGs also. An OK price ~350 but spend a few hundred more and you can have all the upgrades you want already.

This. My dinky (js32q) was a complete junk, I replaced everything with gotoh. The pickups were the worst.
