Microcenter had a similar unit on clearance for 10 each. I bought a few for Halloween decorations. They aren't bad for cheap. Definitely not super bright.

The RCA RPJ136 in this deal has gone down to $18.71.

The RCA RPJ167 you mentioned has gone down to $42.47.
