I dont even use 1GB of data.

The main issue is that Xfinity is so difficult to deal with. I have several lines with monthly credit (should be for 24 months) for the phone but from time to time you don't see the credit in the monthly statement. Tried to go to Xfinity store and they agreed to check it but nobody will do it. Every time you go to the store costs you at least one hour and they know you will not keep coming. So probably you can get only several months of credit instead of the 24 months. Just be prepared if you want to take the deal with monthly credit.

I'm trying to add 3 new lines but only allow 1 phone in the checkout cart and there are no other options to add other 2 trade-in phones.
I wonder if I have to order the main line first then other two lines on the separate order?

Obviously but the way it says "add a line" makes it seem directed to current customers too which is where my comment is directed towards.. how many lines do they think we want lol. Already have 5 for my family of 5.

I agree. I have 3 phones on unlimited ($80) and 4 phones on 1 GB ($20). Cost me $100 for 7 phones. I haven't found anywhere else with that.
