My personal recommendation is to get the "Instacrate" from Costco. $8.99 now (but goes on sale for $4.99-5.99), it's a collapsible crate that is actually really sturdy.. great to be able to compact very small and then be able to pop open and be used for groceries, storage, or just trunk space.
