Price was dropped yesterday to $1399 from $1499.

For those of you who are unfamiliar with Greentoe, they are essentially a broker. The products you buy are from authorized retailers, include receipts, and prices include tax and shipping.

In Texas, this deal equals paying $1293 plus tax and free shipping. Slick.

The gist of it is that it's something of a panel lottery (that they lost) and it's not new to this year's model. You're just as likely to have the issue with a C2 or C3. Everyone just decided that it was a fact that C4s have green panels and started repeating it.

FWIW, I have absolutely no perceptible green tint from any angle on my C4.

Got the g3 a year ago for $3k from Greentoe. Wild to see they allow Greentoe links now on slick deals, used to be banned. No tax and delivery was within a week

Been watching the 65" C4 for a month now. Costco had it at $1500 over labor day with the 5 year combined warranty but it does not cover burn-in (BB warranty does). I've heard mixed reviews on the warranty service too. Greentoe is probably the better deal if you're lucky enough to get a seller from out of your state and avoid tax.

Edit - The big question is, how low will this be around Black Friday?

My only concern buying this is not having a 5yr warranty from Costco or BB. Should I wait till Black Friday and see if either of those have this around the same price or slightly cheaper?

Greentoe is actually one of the few places that sells a warranty with burn-in coverage: https://www.greentoe.com/product/CPS_5_Year_Warranty_for_TVs_Valued_$2000-$2500_TVH5-2500_Burn-In

And it uses an offer system like everything else there, so you can lowball and get it pretty cheap usually. It's CPS which I've read very mixed things about, though.

During the Labor Day sale, I bought 65" C4 from LG Partner site for around $1440 including tax. It included a free wall installation and SC9S Soundbar system (currently being sold at Costco for $600). Will try to sell the soundbar and make my C4 cost to come down below $1k.

Is it possible to return? I read LG Partner store only accepts returns if arrived damaged?

I called them yesterday and they said it is fine and you can return it within 14 days (the gallery stand was canceled in my order but not sure if that helped me to be able to return the items)

Want to get G4 65" with the sound bar bundle. Only G4 77" (within the G series) was on sale for labor day and I needed a 65" so I got C4 65". But the labor day deal was better as I used 10% coupon on top of other discount. I wish they had G4 65" deal for labor day
