No they shouldn't. Just because you can't take advantage doesn't mean that they should be banned.

I can't take advantage of any Micro Center deals. I don't whine about banning the posts.

Good luck to those that can get this fan. Installed this in my laundry room and it works great.

Is this easy to replace without attic access?
No. I tried to swap my cheap builder-grade fan out with one of these quieter units. It was a pain so I just got a new fan the same size as my original and it mated right up.

Have the older style non sensor models in all of our rental units. These are the real deal. We have some that are 12 yrs and still working as good as new. And they are very quiet yet very powerful.

Great price but 'whisper' is very much an exaggeration, they move air but my god they're loud, first night after i installed it, it kicked on in the middle of the night and woke us up. They're quieter than many other builder grade products but not quiet by any means. I thought it being loud was a fluke so i returned it and bought two more to try, they were each the same volume-loud.
Too quiet isn't good either you'll wake everyone up when you take a dump

Are these pretty universal if you have a bathroom that was remodeled in 90s or 2000s or do I need to measure before picking up?

You might hate buy a adapter to connect the larger diameter output of the fan to the older style smaller metal duct
