Created an Instant Gaming account and paid via PayPal. Wanted my billing address. No photo ID asked. 9 cent payment fee added - weird? PayPal approved and got a screen that said reveal steam code and a one click redeem on steam button that worked.
The DLC isn't great, but the base game is
It was a joke, that when the GPU is sucking electricity, your electricity bill will suck money too.
That said if you're spending $2k on a GPU, I doubt the electricity bill is a real concern to you. If it is, you've wasted money on that GPU.
