Not bad but i wouldn't say rarely below 250. Its been floating at 200 to 210 consistently on amazon lately. I got it at 210 cuz i didnt want to wait anymore and didnt need it with a "free 5ah powerstack" at 280. Have plenty powerstacks already

great catch! I just canceled my Woot order and found a like-new on Amazon for $187. No tax for non-profits so cheaper overall since Woot charges sales tax regardless.

I agree. I've always thought they'd be a great steal because so many people turn their nose up at "used" items. Nope, all three times I rolled the dice a got the wrong item, or something that was missing components. It's not worth the hassle.

Just the opposite here. Have picked up several item "used like new" with just scuffed packaging or actually opened, but all have been like new and worked well.

Didn't know this was available from DeWalt...trick here is I don't have an everyday use for this--but when you need this, you really need it.

Sigh...think I may pass for now...as much as this is a good deal...

The proper name for this is bandfile. Basically it's a power alternative to a hand file. Also popular for sanding through spot welds for body work. Not a bad price but also a pretty specific application tool.

I agree, I love my Dewalt cordless stuff, but in my case $200+ was a little steep for a specialty tool like this. I ended up buying the $36 corded Wen brand version of this tool, and I have actually used it way more than I expected I would. It's probably one of the best "bang for the buck" tool purchases I've ever done. I'm sure it won't last forever, but at 1/5th the price of this DeWalt and it not being an "everyday tool", I'm good with that.

Yeah, I was thinking it was the wider type, which I absolutely love mine and would like to get a dewalt cordless.

This does look nice though, but I think I bought a corded WEN version a year or two ago on a deal and it's in a box never opened … yet(maybe).
