trade in iPhone 12 for $1000 bill credit + $100 Costco cash card + $50 bill credit. I've been with AT&T for over 20 years and have always been happy with their service.

I got 400 dollars in Costco cards and 50 off each line over 36 months and then 6.95 off per line (switcher offer- it's called) for 36 months which is 250 per line over 36 months.
And all phones paid for… over 36 months.
I don't get it though as I am new. So if I stay with att which I intend to do- the phones will be free after 36 months and I can upgrade in 2027 and if they have same deals get iPhone 19's then… after 36 months and repeat the cycle? I do not upgrade phones that often..
I am on T-Mobile right now…
Lastly where is this 300 dollar additional discount? Only online? Tks
