They delete low-star reviews, including mine. I looked back at the reviews for that battery and people had the same complaint going back months, meaning it was a known problem that the company didn't fix. I thought I screwed up my order and left a VM Sunday afternoon. They returned my call Monday mid morning.

I've ordered a few batches of 10 18650 cells from aliexpress out of those I got one batch of fakes. Returning them and disputing was quick and easy. I just sent an image of a charge and discharge cycle to show the batteries were half the rated capacity.
I always at LEAST spot check my cell purchases for internal impedance, and capacity. There are just too many fakes out there regardless of where you shop.
I have personally avoided the shop in this deal due to the absurdly high shipping prices.

I tend to persue the faster chargers (up to 3A), and also hesitate to refer to the usual Xtar (VC4SL) and Nitecore models due to complaints of reliability. But the fast chargers are pricey:

These are "flat top" batteries, so if you are using these in loose-cells, consumer gear that assume a button/nipple top (on the positive side) then perhaps a strong button magnet, altho if using (the Molicel) in high-current applications, soldering a copper washer/button would prevent voltage drops. If you are advanced in constructing a pack out of these cells, then you already know about spot-welding copper strips (using nickel strips on top to generate enough heat), plus the more programmable balanced chargers.
NOTE: As another have said, these are un-protected cells. I'd seen folks trickle charge completely, then immediately do a 3C fast charge (thinking it's a separate thing). Also, if that tiny weak button magnet was able to slip off center and manage to touch the cylindrical wall (negative), the short on those Molicel 21700s would be ... dynamic.

I see the Molicel is popular for vape applications - nice low internal resistance keeps the cell cooler.
Edit: Instead of "Don't vape", I really meant "I don't vape" (to infer that I don't have deep understanding of the devices). I did not mean to get on a high horse, and any of those kinds of opinions would not belong in a technical/buying discussion.

As an aside: does anyone besides Home Depot recycle these things anymore? I'm not even sure if HD officially takes single 18650 cells (even if you do due diligence and tape over the ends). Batteries Plus near me stopped doing it, and no official gov't entity that I know of does it. I am using an ammo can with the lid cracked open for now. :/ Not trying to catch a garbage truck on fire!
I'm seeing less activity in a more niche area- airsoft. I hate lithium-polymer packs, but maybe the hobby resigned and gave up on DIY "nunchuck" cell stack- it's a tad difficult to solder/weld cells end-end. Those Molicels would last awhile compared to my old A123 LiFeP04 sticks.
Edit: Forgot one more legit source of high-drain brand cells - the insides of battery packs for brand cordless tools. Searching for "battery pack teardown" or "what cells are in dewalt OR bosch OR Milwaulkee pack INR OR IMR", then finding a good deal on that _specific pack year-range-of-manufacture.

Note: Call ahead to ask/make the distinction, save yourself a trip - they might accept "single-use lithium" batteries and not these rechargable ones.
Edit: Yup, ammo cans. But I also use those cookie cans, and bought those fiberglass lipo battery bags/sleeves (Bluecell brand, but any brand- commodity stuff).
