I have one and it's a life saver I don't know what these people with their negative comments issue is. My work is physically demanding and also after my gym sessions especially doing pull ups it relieves back spasms. It comes with different attachments but the ball gets the job done and speed can be adjusted. Also east to get back with long shape.
