How does this compare to EVOO when it comes to cooking? I.e., light sauteing?

What does extra virgin mean with respect to coconut oil. I choose not to even think further about it ... I. checking online it's apparently just marketing and simply refers to unrefined or cold pressed (no heat) and there is no difference between virgin and extra virgin when it comes to coconut oil. My mind is now at ease...

I haven't checked that one out is it also cold Preston unrefined? Because that's what makes all the difference with this sort of oil

Can you guys report back what expiration dates you got? Aren't most low prices because of short expirations? Not sure if I want it if it's been sitting in a hot warehouse in plastic for months and months.. and why are they charging tax on this if it can be used for food?

Dec 2025 *BUT* I see now there was a reason it was cheap! I bought five jars of it and none of them are solid. All liquid. All of the other brands of coconut oil I have in the house are solid. And I see many recent 1-star reviews on Amazon saying theirs too won't solidify. I knew this deal was too good to be true. Now I have to monkey with a 17-pound return.
