Great deal. Has similar features to the Elegoo Neptune Pro 3 that I bought last year except this Creality looks to be easier to maintain extruder wise. I wonder if the fans are quieter on this.

Spend a bit more and get yourself Bambu Lab A1 Mini instead if you don't want to deal with constant headache's while trying to print.

Wow this is a pretty good price. The V3 SE was under a $100 not too long ago. Looks like this is technically a step down? Did firmware updates help bring this up to speed?

For people looking this is a good price for a printer. The ender 3 is the most common and most supported printer by far by the community. The direct drive and auto leveling makes it far more accurate and complete with higher level printers out of the box. Finding upgrades is easy and models to print mounts for new things is endless. The only thing that will hold you back with ender 3, and is a limitation that you won't be able to upgrade or change, is that they call this type a bed slinger where the heavy bed swings back and forth as part of printing the layers. This is an old way of doing things and has been replaced by CoreXY type printers where the bed only moves down as each layer is finished. If you want a more advanced printer the only other printers anybody should be looking at are the prusa mk3 or above or any of the Bambu lab printers. Or if you want a resin printer, Elegoo makes good printers in general too

How big of an upgrade would this be over the Creality Ender 3 I bought 4+ years ago? It works fine for my occasional needs and whims.
The newer display and auto leveling would be really nice, but beyond that, not sure how much better it might be.

I got the refurbished Anycubic Kobra 2 for ~$100 with the 20% off coupon and it's been pretty smooth sailing for me with it. Still available if anyone wants it. I came from an ender 3 pro so it's much much faster than that, prints look good. Think this version can take regular Klipper vs the pro that has a non-standard unchangeable fork of Klipper on it but does boast faster speeds. Anyway, for $100, pretty happy.
