Cheaper at Walgreens if you buy two 12-packs. The rolls are smaller, but it still ends up being cheaper per sheet.

Amazon is 12 double rolls (231 sheets/roll) for $4.69 = $0.00169/sheet

Walgreens is 24 family rolls (173 sheets/roll) for $5.85 = $0.00140/sheet

Walgreens is cheaper even if you have the 15% S&S discount.
