If that still doesn't work then the trick I found to make it show the OP's $8.31 price is change to store pickup, select a store that does NOT have stock, then price should drop to the $8.31 even though store is OOS and you can then change it back to shipping for the $8.31 price. (I know, that's a bit backwards from how Walmart normally does it, no clue why lol)
edit: my coworker wrote me "I had to pick a store that said it was OOS, then price would change, then I could select shipping. I can't find any store for pickup though"
